What we collect

There is only one place on this site that collects personal information: the "free audit" form on the homepage.

What you type in yourself:

  • Company or brand name
  • Your name (how to address you)
  • WeChat ID or phone number
  • Work email
  • Which services you want audited (checkboxes)

No field is marked required: as long as you fill in either the company name or a phone/WeChat contact, the form will submit. The rest can be left blank.

When you submit, our server also records the technical details of that submission: IP address, browser User-Agent, the page you submitted from, any UTM parameters in the link, and the referrer. We use these only to tell which channel the enquiry came from.

Browsing any other page on this site requires no personal information at all.

02

What we use it for

Three things, and nothing else:

  • replying to your enquiry;
  • running the free audit we promised and sending you the result;
  • follow-up business contact — quotes, proposals, working out a possible engagement.

We are based in China, so this policy follows China's Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL). Our legal basis is your consent (submitting the form) and the steps needed to enter into a contract at your request. If you are in the EEA or the UK, the same two grounds — consent, and pre-contractual steps — are how we handle your data, and the rights listed below apply to you as well.

03

Where it is stored and who sees it

After submission, the record is appended to a lead file on our server. Viewing that file requires a token, and only our own business staff look at it. It is not published at any public address.

So that a colleague picks up new enquiries quickly, the same record may also be pushed into the internal collaboration tool we use (Feishu / Lark).

We do not use the record for anything unrelated to your enquiry, and we do not pass it to third parties unrelated to it.

04

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-WWXGRKW7QC) to measure traffic: which pages get opened, how long visitors stay, roughly where they come from. To do that, Google Analytics writes cookies in your browser and uses local storage.

This is aggregate traffic data — it does not contain your name, phone number or email. Google processes it, and Google's own privacy policy applies. You can block cookies in your browser or install Google's official Analytics opt-out add-on; neither will stop the site from working.

The site also registers a service worker to cache page files so pages open faster. It stores page assets in your own browser and collects no personal information.

05

What we do not do

  • We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information;
  • We do not use your contact details for anything unrelated to your enquiry, such as unrelated bulk marketing;
  • We do not hand your information to third parties on our own initiative — except where the law clearly requires it, or where it is needed to run the services named on this page (the Google Analytics and internal collaboration tool above).
06

How long we keep it, and deletion

A lead record stays in our file until you ask us to delete it, or until we judge that we no longer need it.

To have it deleted, email pocketaigc@gmail.com and say so. We will delete the record and reply to confirm.

07

Your rights

For the information you submitted, you can:

  • Access — ask what we hold about you;
  • Correct — ask us to fix anything recorded wrongly;
  • Delete — ask us to remove the whole record;
  • Withdraw consent — after which we stop using the information to contact you.

To exercise any of these, email pocketaigc@gmail.com and tell us what you want. There is no form to fill in. To confirm it is really you, we may check once using the contact details you left.

08

Minors

This site is aimed at business customers — our clients are companies. It is not aimed at minors and we do not market to them. If we find that information came from a minor, we delete it.

09

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we update this page and change the date at the top of it. This page was last updated in July 2026.
