A brand community diagnosis reads the public Reddit and YouTube discussion about your brand and tells you how many threads talk about you, how many are positive or negative, which questions nobody answered, which competitors get more voice, and which threads are worth a reply. The tool below is free and takes a few minutes. Facebook groups and Discord need a researcher to join, so they are covered by a deep diagnosis you can request.

Reads public Reddit threads from the last 12 months and YouTube videos. Free, one run per network every 24 hours.
Turn the diagnosis into action
We run an 8-week test on the cut-in points in your report: Reddit subreddits, YouTube comment sections, Facebook groups and Discord. You approve every placement.
What the report covers
The report has the same five chapters as the diagnosis reports we deliver to clients:
| Chapter | What it shows | Summary | Full |
|---|---|---|---|
| At a glance | 4 numbers and 4 key points | ✓ | ✓ |
| 01 Scope | Which communities were read, how much, and what was not covered | ✓ | ✓ |
| 02 The brand's voice | Positive, neutral and negative threads, topics and original threads | 2 threads | Every thread and video |
| 03 Questions and replies | Questions in five states: answered by the brand, by the poster, by other users, replies without an answer, no replies | Counts | Every unanswered question |
| 04 Peers and the category | Share of voice and positive threads against the brands discussed alongside you | Top 2 | All |
| 05 Where to step in | Questions to answer, criticism to respond to, positives to support, with the thread and what to cover | 1 per group | Up to 2 per group |
| Next step | An 8-week test, three routes, the rhythm and plans | — | ✓ |
Every number in the report links back to the original thread.
Which communities
- Reddit: public threads from the last 12 months that search can find. Counts are a sample, not every thread.
- YouTube: public videos in YouTube search results that name your brand, with views.
- Facebook groups and Discord: the discussion sits inside groups and servers, so a researcher joins and reads it. This is the deep diagnosis: free, reviewed first, delivered within 3 working days.
Only public content is read and authors are not shown. When Facebook groups and Discord are not covered, that does not mean nobody discusses you there.
How to read it
- Negative threads: see which topics they cluster on, then whether anyone replied.
- Unanswered questions: buyers asking with nobody answering is where a brand can help most.
- Share of voice: who gets recommended in comparison threads. Percentages appear only with 30 or more threads; below that, counts only.
- Cut-in points: each comes with the thread and what to cover, ready to discuss with your team.
Public discussion changes daily, so one report is a snapshot. For weekly tracking see brand monitoring.
Free quota and privacy
One free diagnosis per network every 24 hours, summary included. A work email (company domain) unlocks the full report, up to 3 brands per company domain every 30 days; reopening the same brand does not count again. Personal emails get the summary. We keep what you submit, a consultant contacts you at most once to walk you through it, and we never sell or share it. Each report has a link valid for 30 days; shared links show the summary only and never your email.
FAQ
Is the community diagnosis free?
Yes. One run per network every 24 hours; the summary is shown right away and a work email unlocks the full report.
What does it read?
Public Reddit threads from the last 12 months and public YouTube videos. Public content only; authors are not shown.
Why are Facebook groups and Discord not included?
That discussion sits inside groups and servers, so a researcher has to join and read it. It is part of the deep diagnosis, which you can request from the report. Not covered does not mean nobody discusses you there.
Are the Reddit counts every thread?
No. They come from the public threads search can find, so they are a sample. Complete long-term tracking is part of ongoing monitoring.
How should I describe the category?
Use the words overseas buyers search with, such as power bank or robot vacuum, not internal product names.
What happens after the diagnosis?
The full report ends with a recommended 8-week test: Reddit subreddits, YouTube comment sections, Facebook groups and Discord. Quarterly community marketing starts at $10,000, ongoing monitoring at $3,000 per month, and the 8-week test is priced per proposal.
